4. Wellness Disclaimer

Hypnova offers general wellness and self-improvement content. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and should not substitute professional care. Consult licensed professionals for medical or mental health conditions.

5. Safety & Usage Warnings

Hypnosis sessions may induce deep relaxation or altered states of awareness. Do not listen to Hypnova sessions while driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing any activity that requires your full attention. Always listen in a safe, comfortable environment. By using this app, you acknowledge these risks and agree to use it responsibly.

6. Subscription & Payment

Monthly and yearly plans auto-renew unless canceled before renewal. Free trials may be available for new users. Cancel anytime through app store settings.

• No Refunds: No refunds for unused subscription time.
• Exceptions: Verified technical issues making the app unusable may qualify for discretionary refunds. Contact support@zentient.ai with documentation.

8. Intellectual Property
