Hypnova offers monthly and yearly subscription plans, which auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. A free trial may be available for new users. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your app store account settings.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for unused time in your subscription period.
- Exceptions: In rare cases where a verified technical issue on our end makes the app unusable, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion. To request this, contact us at support@zentient.ai with documentation of the issue.
